Sprinkles!
They're totally one of my favorite things. When Cassie chose these Confetti Cookies, I was so excited!
Out of the other recipes we've made for Milk Bar Mondays, these were the easiest recipe to make - only two components! The hardest part is chilling the dough before baking.
I used my fun pastel-y, sparkly sprinkles. I just thought they'd be more cute... and of course, I was right. :)
Soooo, not only are the cookies cute, but they're also gigantic. Like huuuuuge! I couldn't believe how big and puffy they were when I pulled them out of the oven. And they have the best texture ever. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy in the center. Do I have to mention the sprinkles again?
These cookies are super delicious. They totally taste like a funfetti cake in cookie form. Yummers!
